WARRIOR RRR METHOD
Reduction - Weeks 1-4
In Phase 1, we focus on teaching you body awareness of the Pelvic Floor, breathing mechanics, and posture to reduce your symptoms, whether it's a reduction of pelvic pain, scar tissue, incontinence, prolapse pressure and heaviness, etc.
Reeducation - Weeks 5-8
Phase 2 includes reeducating the musculoskeletal, nervous, and circulatory systems.
This phase will implement strategies to correct imbalances and restore the symmetry and coordination your body will need to be able to head into the next phase.
Restore - Weeks 9-12
In Phase 3, you will implement the techniques you’ve learned into functional movement patterns, returning you to a happier and healthier lifestyle.
Here is where we put everything together. We squat, lift, jump, and run making sure your form and pelvic floor are working together.
