  • Warrior Within is a hybrid program designed for women who want expert guidance, individualized support, and flexibility. If you want pelvic floor and core rehab you can do at home — while still receiving one-on-one care — this program is for you.

  • No. Warrior Within is designed to complement in-person care, not replace it. The program combines structured online education and exercise with three one-on-one sessions to provide individualized guidance, accountability, and support.

  • Warrior Within includes three one-on-one sessions with me. These sessions are used to assess your symptoms, personalize your plan, guide you on which sections of the program apply to you, and adjust progressions based on how your body responds.

  • No. One-on-one sessions can be completed in person or via secure video calls. This makes the program ideal for women who live far away, have limited availability, or cannot attend regular in-person sessions.

  • This program was designed with real life in mind. Warrior Within allows you to make progress at home while still receiving expert oversight and guidance when you need it most.

  • The program is intentionally flexible and can be tailored to your time constraints. Some days you may do three exercises, other days you may do ten — it depends on your schedule, energy, and what your body needs. This program is designed for busy moms and women with full lives.

    The goal is not how many exercises you complete, but the quality of your movement and how those patterns carry over into the other 23 hours of your day. Posture, breathing, daily habits, and how you move through life all play a role in your symptoms. Exercises are only one piece of the puzzle.

    The program is structured over 12 weeks because that is the time frame needed to create true physiological change in muscle and connective tissue. Progress is built gradually so changes are meaningful and sustainable, not rushed.
